What each part of the membership actually means in practice.
Your own doctor
You pick a clinic when you join and that practice becomes your doctor. Not a rotating list, not whoever is on shift. The same clinician, visit after visit.
Visits are unlimited. There is no per-visit charge, no bill afterward, and no limit on how often you come in. That is the entire point of the model: cost should never be the reason you put off going.
Physical therapy
Montana is a direct-access state, which means you do not need a doctor's referral to see a physical therapist. Under CoreMed you do not need an approval either. You call the clinic and book.
That removes the two things that usually turn a tweaked back into a chronic one: waiting for a referral, and finding out afterward what the visit cost.
Mental health
You contact the counselor directly and book. There is no gatekeeping step, no approval, and no diagnosis required before anyone will see you.
Most CoreMed counselors work by video as well as in person, which in a state this size is often the difference between going and not going.
Labs and bloodwork
A full annual panel is part of your membership. Your doctor orders it, you get it drawn, and there is no bill.
Routine bloodwork ordered during the year for a specific reason is generally included too. Your doctor will tell you at the time if something falls outside that.
X-rays
Same-week, usually sooner. Several CoreMed clinics image on site and Big Sky Imaging operates across the network.

Dental
Annual cleanings are included in the regions where CoreMed has a partner dentist. Which regions those are is on the find-care pages, and the list grows as the network does.
How your price is worked out
There is no price list, because there is no single price. Three things move the number, and the calculator shows you yours in about a minute.
Age
Monthly amounts step up by age band. Your household's number is built from the ages of the people on it.
Household
Individual, Individual + Spouse, Individual + Kids, Individual + Spouse + Kids. Children are priced per child rather than as a flat family rate.
Before you join
What sits outside it
Primary is unlimited care from your own doctor. It is not sharing for a surgery, an ER visit or a serious diagnosis. If you want both, that is Comprehensive.
Changing later
Members move between memberships. Nothing here locks you in and there is no annual contract.

How fast can I see a doctor?

Do I pay anything at the visit?
No. Unlimited visits are part of the membership.
Does this replace insurance?
On its own, no. Primary handles everyday care. If you want protection against surgery or a hospital stay, add Catastrophic or choose Comprehensive.
Can my family join?
Yes. Pricing scales by household: spouse or partner and children.
