How it works
Two parts, and that's the whole thing.
CoreMed splits healthcare into the part you use constantly and the part you hope never to use. They're priced separately so you're not paying for one to get the other.
Everyday care
A local Montana doctor you can reach directly, plus physical therapy, mental health, labs, X-rays and prescriptions. Unlimited, with nothing to pay at the visit. This is CoreMed Primary, and CoreMed pays the clinics directly so no insurance company is involved.

The big, rare things
Surgery, the ER, ICU, cancer, a serious diagnosis. These are handled through Zion HealthShare, a non-profit medical cost sharing community where members contribute toward each other's eligible needs. You choose an IUA, the amount you pay toward a need before sharing starts.

What to know before you join
A membership is month to month, so you are never locked in. Everyday care starts right away regardless of your history. Sharing for the big things runs on Zion HealthShare's published guidelines, which set what is eligible and when, so read them before you choose an IUA. And every price on this site is the price, including the ones for work that isn't included outright.
Month to month
No contract and no annual lock-in. Leave when it stops working for you.
Your history doesn't gate everyday care
Visits with your CoreMed doctor start immediately, whatever your history. How sharing treats a condition you already have is set out in Zion's guidelines.
Read the guidelines
What sharing does and does not include is set out in the membership documents you get before you join, not invented afterward.
