CoreMed started because healthcare in Montana had become something people paid for and then avoided using. Small towns lost clinics. Out-of-pocket costs outran wages. The answer we landed on was not cheaper insurance. It was removing the insurance step from everyday care.

CoreMed does not employ these clinicians. They are independent Montana practices who agreed to see our members directly, and you know which one you are getting before you pay us anything.

Hide a price
Every number on this site is the number. If we cannot tell you what something costs, we say so rather than sending you an estimate.
List a clinic we can't get you into
Missoula is marked coming soon because it is. A directory full of names you cannot book is worse than a short one.
