What it actually means
You pick a clinic when you join and that practice becomes your doctor. Not a rotating list, not whoever is on shift. The same clinician, visit after visit.
Visits are unlimited. There is no per-visit charge, no bill afterward, and no limit on how often you come in. That is the entire point of the model: cost should never be the reason you put off going.
Reaching them
CoreMed clinics keep small patient panels, which is what makes same-day and next-day appointments possible. Most also give you a direct line, so a question that needs two minutes takes two minutes instead of an appointment.
Phone and video visits count the same as being there. If you live an hour from the clinic, that matters.
What happens outside the clinic
Your doctor stays involved when care moves elsewhere. If you need imaging, a specialist or a procedure, they coordinate it rather than handing you a phone number.

How quickly can I be seen?
Same day or next day at most CoreMed clinics. Panels are deliberately small so appointments stay available.
Do I pay anything at the visit?
No. Unlimited visits are part of the membership, with nothing due at the front desk and no bill afterward.
Can I change clinics later?
Yes. Tell CoreMed and we move you. You are not locked to the practice you picked at sign-up.
What if I need a specialist?
Your doctor arranges the referral and stays in the loop. Specialist care sits outside the membership, and we will tell you what it costs before you go.
