These terms govern your use of coremedhealth.com, the CoreMed member portal at access.coremedhealth.com, and the CoreMed mobile app. Using any of them means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What CoreMed is

CoreMed Healthcare is a Montana company that organises membership-based access to care. A membership connects you to direct primary care clinics, discounted cash-pay pricing at participating facilities, prescriptions through CoreMed Rx, and, for members who choose it, participation in a healthcare sharing community operated by Zion HealthShare, an independent nonprofit that is a separate organisation from CoreMed.

CoreMed does not employ the clinicians in its network. Care is delivered by independent providers who set their own clinical judgement, schedules and standards.

CoreMed is not insurance

A CoreMed membership is not an insurance product and does not make CoreMed an insurance company. Zion HealthShare is not an insurance company. Neither this publication nor membership in Zion HealthShare are offered by an insurance company. Visit zionhealthshare.org to view your state-specific notice.

Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that any particular medical expense will be paid. What a membership includes, and what a sharing community does and does not share in, is set out in the membership documents you receive before you join.

No medical advice

Everything on this site, including articles, guides, member updates and service descriptions, is general information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and CoreMed or anyone in its network. Talk to a qualified clinician about your own situation.

In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this site, the portal, the app, or a message to CoreMed to seek help for an urgent medical problem.

The provider directory

CoreMed publishes a directory of participating clinics, pharmacies and facilities, and keeps it as accurate as it reasonably can. Practices move, change hours, change ownership, stop accepting new patients, and occasionally leave the network. We recommend calling ahead to confirm before you travel.

A listing is not an endorsement of a provider's clinical quality, and CoreMed is not responsible for the care any independent provider delivers. If you find something out of date, tell us at info@coremedhealth.com and we will correct it.

Quotes and pricing

Membership pricing depends on your region, who is joining with you, ages, and the sharing amount you select. Because of that, this site does not publish a fixed rate card. Any figure you receive from the quote tool, from a CoreMed representative, or in a written proposal is an estimate for the inputs you gave, and is confirmed at enrolment.

Cash-pay prices shown for procedures and services are supplied by the participating facility and can change. Confirm the price with the facility before your visit.

Membership and the member agreement

These terms cover the website. They do not replace your membership agreement. When you enrol, you receive a separate set of membership documents, and those documents govern your membership, what it includes, billing, and cancellation. If anything on this site conflicts with your membership documents, the membership documents control.

In general: memberships bill monthly, there is no annual commitment, changes must reach us by the 25th to take effect on the 1st, and cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Your own documents are the authority on all of it.

Accounts, the portal and the app

Members, participating providers and business accounts get access to the CoreMed portal and mobile app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at 406-730-6688 if you think someone else has access to it.

Your digital membership card displays a rotating verification code so a provider can confirm your membership at the point of care. Do not screenshot, copy, share or attempt to reproduce that code for anyone who is not you. Membership is personal to the people named on it.

Calls, texts and email

When you give CoreMed your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your membership, enrolment, billing and care, including by automated text message where you have opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential messages about your membership and billing.

Acceptable use

Please do not: use the site for anything unlawful; try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours; scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the provider directory or pricing information; probe or test the security of our systems without written permission; submit false information in a form or enrolment; upload anything malicious; or interfere with the site's operation.

Security researchers who want to report something in good faith should email info@coremedhealth.com first.

Our content

The CoreMed name and logo, the design of this site, and the text, photography and guides on it belong to CoreMed Healthcare or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing, reselling or building a competing directory from this content is not permitted.

Third-party sites and services

This site links to other organisations, including Zion HealthShare, participating providers, and payment and scheduling services. CoreMed does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

This site is provided as it is. CoreMed does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every piece of information on it is complete and current at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, CoreMed disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Montana law allows, CoreMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits any right you have under your membership agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this site belong in the state or federal courts serving Gallatin County, Montana.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the business changes. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
