Screenings and routine visits are shareable from day one on most memberships, without paying your IUA first.

Most of what keeps people healthy is unglamorous: a yearly visit, a screening at the right age, a child's shots on schedule. Preventive sharing is the part of your membership that pays for those, so the decision to go is never about the cost.

How to use it

  1. Submit the request through the Zion HealthShare Portal one to two weeks before the appointment, so payment can be arranged in advance.
  2. Preventive services do not require you to meet your IUA first.
