Montana · membership healthcare

Healthcare you can
actually afford to use.

One monthly amount takes care of your doctor, physical therapy, mental health, labs, imaging and prescriptions. Nothing to spend down first. No surprise bill afterward. No contract.

Takes about a minute. We don't ask for your phone number to show you a number.

You have insurance.
You just can't afford to use it.

Montanans pay every month for something they can't afford to actually use. Thousands to spend down before anything helps, and it resets every January. A doctor six weeks out. A bill that arrives long after the visit. CoreMed removes the middle. You pay one amount, you see your doctor as much as you need, and you know the number before anything happens.

For business

Healthcare your team will use,
at a number you can plan around.

Every employer is different, so we start with a conversation rather than a brochure. We look at what you offer today, what it costs you, and what your people actually use, then tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

What does it cost?

There is no single price, because it depends on your region, who is joining and the Initial Unshareable Amount you pick. The calculator gives you your household's actual monthly contribution in about a minute, and we don't ask for your phone number to show it to you.

Can I keep my own doctor?

If your doctor is in the CoreMed network, yes. If not, you pick from the local clinics in your region. Every one of them is listed on this site with an address and a phone number before you sign up for anything.

Is there a contract?

No annual commitment. You can cancel any time.

Where does CoreMed work?

Five Montana regions today: Flathead Valley, Eureka, Billings, Bozeman and Helena, with Missoula opening next. Catastrophic sharing is eligible anywhere in the U.S.

What if I have a condition already?

Conditions treated in the 24 months before you join phase in over time under Zion's sharing guidelines. Your everyday care through CoreMed Primary is not affected. That starts the day you join.
