CoreMed has partnered with Montana Pediatrics to add two things to any membership: on-demand pediatric urgent care, and pediatric mental health support. Both happen by video visit, and both are unlimited.
Two kinds of care
Physical health: on-demand urgent care
For infants, children and young adults age 0-21
When your child's doctor isn't available, most parents are left choosing between waiting it out and heading to an urgent care or emergency room. Montana Pediatrics is pediatric-specific care, available immediately, from home. Thousands of Montana families trust it for needs like:
- Fever, cough, congestion and colds
- Rashes and skin concerns
- Stomach aches, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea
- Other health questions, or just peace of mind
Mental health: the right care, right on time
For children and young adults age 4-21
Single Session Consultations are one-time video visits. They are not meant to replace traditional therapy. They are a preventive form of support, designed to help children or families work through a challenge and leave with practical strategies and a clear plan. Facilitated by licensed clinicians and trained pediatric mental health coaches. Examples of support include:
- Relationship struggles, bullying and friendships
- Anxiety, motivation and emotional regulation
- Big life transitions, family changes and parenting styles
Available Monday to Friday, with expanded hours coming soon.

What it costs
Add unlimited access to any CoreMed membership for $7 a month per child. It takes effect immediately.
Questions
What ages is it for?
Urgent care covers infants, children and young adults ages 0 to 21. Mental health consultations are for ages 4 to 21.
Does it replace our own doctor?
No. It is there for the hours your own doctor is not. Notes from every visit are sent to your child's doctor so their record stays complete.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. $7 a month per child, however many times you need it.
Do we need to download anything?
No. Visits happen by video in your browser, from anywhere in Montana.
When does it start?
Immediately. Add it to any CoreMed membership and it is active straight away.
