For business

Start with a conversation,
not a brochure.

Employers come to us because the renewal keeps climbing and their people still avoid the doctor. What they need after that varies a great deal. So we ask first, look at what you have, and give you a straight answer, including when the answer is that we are not the right fit.

How we work

1 · We ask

What you offer now, what it costs the business, what it costs an employee to walk into a clinic, and what your people actually use.

2 · We look at it properly

Your headcount, regions and household mix against what care is genuinely available near each of your locations.

3 · We tell you what we think

A written recommendation with a number. If something else serves you better, we say that and point you at it.

What employers tend to want

A number that holds still

Something you can budget around that doesn't move on you mid-year.

Care people will actually use

Nothing to spend down first, and no bill afterward for the everyday things.

Local providers

Montana clinics, same-week appointments, a doctor an employee can reach directly.

No administrative load

No billing paperwork for whoever handles HR to chase down.

Room to change size

Add and remove people as the team changes. No annual lock-in.

Something to point at

A benefit employees notice, because they use it more than once a year.

Whether all of these apply to you is exactly what the first conversation is for.

Questions employers ask first

What happens on the first call?

We ask about your team, what you offer today, and what it costs. No presentation. By the end of it we usually both know whether this is worth continuing.

Do you quote a price on the first call?

Not usually. A number without knowing your headcount, regions and household mix is a guess, and a guess you can't budget against is worse than no number.

What if CoreMed isn't right for us?

We tell you, and refer you to someone who is. That happens regularly and it is not a failure. An employer who gets sent to the right place tends to send other people our way.

What exactly are we buying?

A healthcare membership for your team: unlimited everyday care with a local Montana doctor at a fixed monthly amount per person. How it sits alongside anything else you offer is a conversation for your broker or counsel, and we're happy to be in it.

How does it get paid for?

One monthly invoice to the business and one line in payroll. You choose how much of it the business carries.

Tell us about your team

Headcount, where people are, and what you offer today. Someone in Montana reads it and gets back to you, usually within a business day.

Optional.

Rather just talk?
