For business / Small business

You know your team.
We'll help you work out what they need.

Most small employers in Montana are choosing between something they can barely afford and nothing at all. There is usually more room between those two than it looks. A short conversation is normally enough to tell.

Where employers your size usually are

The renewal keeps going one direction

You are being quoted an increase again, for something your team already avoids using because of what it costs them at the visit.

Nobody has time to run this

There is no benefits department. There is you, and the person who does payroll, and about an hour a month between you.

People notice what they can use

For a small team, a benefit that gets used a few times a year is worth more than one that only matters in a catastrophe.

What we look at

What you spend now, and on what

Current arrangement, what it costs the business, and what it costs an employee to actually walk into a clinic.

Who is on the team

Headcount, ages, where people live, whether families are included, how much turnover you have.

What people actually use

Routine visits, prescriptions, labs, urgent care. This is usually where the money is going and nobody has looked.

What you want it to do

Retention, cost control, or simply being able to look people in the eye about it. These lead to different answers.

What you get out of it

A written recommendation with a per-employee number, and a plain answer on whether it beats what you have.

And if we are not the right fit, we say so. Some employers are better served by something we do not offer. Being told that early is worth more than being sold something that does not work, and it costs you nothing to find out.

Questions

How small is too small?

Two employees is enough to have the conversation. Below that you are probably better served by an individual membership, and we will tell you so.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. Some employers run CoreMed alongside what they already have, or start with one location or one group and expand.

How does this sit alongside what we already offer?

A CoreMed membership is its own thing and works on its own. Plenty of employers run it beside an existing plan and plenty run it on its own. Your broker or counsel is the right person to sign off on the specifics for your business, and we are happy to be in that conversation.

What if CoreMed isn't the right fit?

Then we say so, and point you at whoever is. We would rather be useful once than sell you something that doesn't work.

How does billing work?

One monthly invoice to the business, one line in payroll. Add and remove people as the team changes.

Tell us about your team

Headcount, where people are, and what you offer today. That is enough to start.

Optional.

Rather just talk?

You will be talking to someone in Montana. or email info@coremedhealth.com.
