Welcome to October. As we embrace the crisp autumn air, it's a great time to make sure you're familiar with your pharmacy options and prepared for the year ahead.

Pharmacy guidance

For Primary and Comprehensive members:

• Find your nearest pharmacy. Select your region on our site to see nearby pharmacies and review available medications.
• Your primary care provider can help. Many CoreMed clinics can dispense certain medications directly.

For Catastrophic members:

• Expanded pharmacy options. We recommend Pharm406 or Alpine Apothecary for cash-pay pricing and convenient home delivery. Please let them know you are a cash-pay member without CoreMed pharmacy access.

Zion HealthShare 2026 updates

Starting 1 January 2026, Zion HealthShare will implement modest adjustments:

• Monthly amounts increase 3–5%, compared with projected 15–18% increases on the Healthcare Marketplace.
• The $1,000 IUA option increases to $1,250.

CoreMed will not be raising our own membership rates in 2026. To view your updated estimate, use the 2026 calculator.
