Dear CoreMed Members,

Happy February. We hope the new year is treating you well.

2026 is already off to a very busy start here at CoreMed Health. As many of you have experienced firsthand, the healthcare marketplace has been especially challenging this season. Our team has been dedicating the majority of their time to helping new members successfully leave the confusion, frustration, and uncertainty of traditional options. Because of this increased demand, we weren't able to send out a January newsletter, but we're excited to reconnect and kick off the year with intention.

As we move forward, our primary focus in 2026 is adding even more value to your CoreMed Health membership. You can expect more regular communication from us, including educational updates on frequently asked questions and helpful topics designed to ensure you're getting the most out of your membership. We'll also be sharing clearer, easier ways to communicate directly with Zion HealthShare for our Comprehensive and Catastrophic members.

Important billing update

Beginning in February, CoreMed Health will need to charge a $20 fee for any returned ACH payments. Until now, we have absorbed these costs on behalf of our members, but unfortunately we are no longer able to continue doing so. We appreciate your understanding and encourage members to double-check banking information to help avoid any disruptions.

Zion HealthShare communication updates

For any questions related to the Catastrophic portion of your membership, including accessing your member portal through Zion HealthShare, members can contact Zion directly.

Zion HealthShare has also recently introduced a new text messaging feature for members. If you'd like to receive text notifications, you can call 888-920-9466 and request to opt in to text messaging. This is another step toward improving communication and responsiveness.

Introducing the CoreMed Member Directory

Something that has been especially close to our hearts, and will be a major focus for us in 2026, is finding meaningful ways to support and promote the incredible members within the CoreMed Health community.

So many of you are small business owners and trusted professionals. Our community includes massage therapists, acupuncturists, real estate agents, certified public accountants, attorneys, and so much more. The list truly is endless.

That's why we're excited to introduce the CoreMed Member Directory. If you would like to list your business or services and be highlighted within our member community, we'd love to hear from you.

New physical therapy provider in the Flathead Valley

We're excited to welcome Second Wind Physical Therapy, serving the Flathead Valley. Second Wind is committed to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love through personalised, one-on-one care.

We're grateful to continue expanding our network of trusted local providers.

Looking ahead

As we continue to learn more about upcoming healthcare changes at the federal level, we will be sharing updates with our members, along with our understanding of how those changes specifically relate to CoreMed Health memberships. Our goal is to help you stay informed without feeling overwhelmed.

Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for being such an important part of the CoreMed Health community.

Warm regards, The CoreMed Health Team
