Tell us how it has gone.

Good or otherwise. We read all of these, and the difficult ones are usually the most useful. You decide how much of your name we may publish, and you can change your mind later by emailing us.

Use the form below, or email info@coremedhealth.com with "my story" in the subject. Tell us what changed, what you use most, and anything that has not gone the way you expected.

A sentence or two is plenty.

What we will do with it

When you send a story we will come back to you and ask, explicitly, how much of your name we may use. There are three options and you pick one:

  • Full name and town. The most useful for other Montanans deciding whether to join, because it is unmistakably a real person.
  • First name and region. Recognisable as real without being searchable.
  • Anonymous. Your words, no identifying detail at all.

Nothing is published until you have chosen one of those and confirmed it in writing. We edit for length only, never to change what you meant, and we will show you the final version before it goes up. If you want it taken down later, email us and it comes down.

We will never publish anything about your medical care. Tell us about the experience of being a member, not your diagnosis.
