Imaging and labs for a medical need
Diagnostic work tied to an eligible need, which is different from routine annual labs.
Part of Catastrophic.

The distinction worth understanding
There are two different things here and people mix them up.
Routine annual labs and a same-week X-ray are part of a Primary or Comprehensive membership. They happen because your doctor is keeping an eye on you.
Imaging and labs tied to an eligible medical need are a different matter: the scan that diagnoses the thing, the tests that track treatment. Those are eligible for sharing beyond your IUA.
If you only have this membership
A Catastrophic membership on its own does not include routine care. If you want both the everyday and the large, that is what Comprehensive is.

Common questions
Are my annual labs included here?
Not on Catastrophic alone. Routine annual labs are part of Primary and Comprehensive.
What counts as tied to a need?
Diagnostic work ordered to investigate or manage an eligible medical need. Your care team and Zion confirm eligibility as part of submitting the need.
