Accidents and the ER
Car wrecks, bad falls, the ER at two in the morning. What happens next.

Go to the nearest emergency room
There are no network restrictions. In an emergency you go to the closest hospital, exactly as you would otherwise. Nobody needs to approve it first and no one is checking whether the hospital is on a list.
Get treated. Sort out the paperwork afterward.
What happens with the bill
You submit the need. CoreMed and Zion work with the provider on the billing. You pay your Initial Unshareable Amount, the portion you agreed to when you chose your IUA level, and eligible costs beyond that go to the sharing community.
Follow-up care
Rehabilitation, physical therapy and follow-up visits tied to an eligible need continue to be eligible. If you also have Primary or Comprehensive, your own doctor picks up the ongoing care.

Common questions
Do I need approval before going to the ER?
No. Go to the nearest emergency room. Approval is not a step that exists here.
What if I am outside Montana?
Eligible sharing applies anywhere in the United States, with emergency sharing while travelling abroad.
What do I pay?
Your Initial Unshareable Amount for that need. You choose the level when you join; a lower IUA means a higher monthly amount.
